To use VTUKing's services, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. VTUKing reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

VTUKing provides virtual top-up services including airtime, data bundles, cable TV subscriptions, electricity tokens, and other related services. All transactions are final and non-refundable except in cases of service failure or duplicate transactions. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to process all transactions immediately, but processing times may vary depending on the service provider. VTUKing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party service providers or network issues. You agree to provide accurate information when making purchases, including correct phone numbers, meter numbers, or smartcard numbers. VTUKing will not be held liable for failed transactions resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

All payments must be made through approved payment methods on our platform. VTUKing accepts bank transfers, card payments, and other electronic payment methods. Wallet funding is instant for automated payment methods and may take up to 24 hours for manual verification of bank transfers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds in your wallet before making a purchase. Minimum wallet funding amount is ₦100. Maximum funding limits may apply based on your account verification level. Any fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action. Funds in your VTUKing wallet are non-refundable but can be used for any available services on the platform.

To access certain features and higher transaction limits, you may be required to verify your identity through BVN (Bank Verification Number) verification. This is in compliance with Nigerian financial regulations and helps us prevent fraud and maintain service quality. You are allowed a maximum of three attempts to provide correct verification information. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination. VTUKing reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Your personal information collected during verification will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Unverified accounts may have restricted access to certain features and lower transaction limits.

Refunds are only processed in the following circumstances: (1) Service failure where the value was not delivered to the recipient, (2) Duplicate transactions charged to your account, (3) Overcharging due to system error. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction. All refund requests are subject to investigation and verification. Approved refunds will be credited to your VTUKing wallet within 24-48 hours. Refunds are not available for: (a) Transactions made with incorrect recipient information, (b) Successfully delivered services regardless of network issues on the recipient's end, (c) Transactions older than 7 days, (d) Promotional or bonus credits. To request a refund, contact our customer support with your transaction ID and detailed explanation of the issue.

Users are prohibited from: (1) Using VTUKing services for any illegal or fraudulent activities, (2) Attempting to hack, interfere with, or disrupt our systems or networks, (3) Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, (4) Reselling services at prices different from those advertised on the platform without authorization, (5) Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform, (6) Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized third parties, (7) Attempting chargebacks for successfully delivered services, (8) Engaging in any activity that may damage VTUKing's reputation or business. Violation of any of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of wallet balance, and possible legal action.

VTUKing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not responsible for network outages, service disruptions, or failures caused by third-party service providers. VTUKing does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions. We are not responsible for the quality or performance of services provided by third-party telecommunications companies and utility providers. You use our services at your own risk.

All content on VTUKing's website and mobile application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of VTUKing or its content suppliers and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright laws. The VTUKing name and logo are trademarks of VTUKing. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our platform without our express written permission. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

VTUKing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and/or sending an email notification to registered users. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should discontinue using our services. The date of the last update will always be displayed at the bottom of this page.
